Daily Bread #313 "The Man in the Moon"

Similar to Santa, the man in the moon is always watching. 
Even when you can't see him, he can hear you talking. 
He wants to be helpful, he gives off light in the middle of the night. 
Doesn't matter if you're naughty or nice, he still shines. 
He also has a "stinker" side. 
About once a month, he comes down to earth. He covers the planet far and wide. 
He riles up the werewolves and students in schools, 
encouraging behavior they wouldn't otherwise do.
You know he's real by the extra patients visiting ER rooms. 
The chaos in the air can be blamed on the full moon.
